How do you avoid getting sick?

I drink so much alcohol that no virus is able to survive inside me.

Don't touch your face.

Keep your hands away from your face is a good start.

Just double up on Luffy's special tonic and you will be right as rain.

Bolt Vanderhuge - Eating properly is key.

Yes sir! That and being on top of your hygiene.

If you can eat HEALTHY food packed with vitamins and minerals, and keep yourself clean whilst avoiding unclean people and silly situations (going running in the rain etc) you'll be fine.

I used to hardly ever get sick.  But I have a little bit of a cold right now.

Any tips for avoiding illness?

Sleep. Since I work the off shift plus the swing shift I make sure I sleep a minimum of 6.5 hours a night. I usually attempt to get 8 hours of sleep a night and eating healthy always helps.

Wash my hands fairly often. Try not to touch my face when I'm out in public (e.g. after opening lots of public doorways or whatever, especially during flu season). It's not about being a germaphobe; it's just understanding basics about how germs and infection work, and not doing dumb things. Seems to work, I get colds/flu far less often than the rest of the family.

My wife and eldest son seem to not care at all about getting sick, or spreading germs, and are sick far more often. No one has ever caught a cold or flu from me in the family, because I make sure not to spread my germs. And I won't spread it to others when meeting by shaking hands. Whereas I have to be on guard when they are sick. When she has a cold my wife will literally do things like sneeze in her hands, and then moments later say "you have something in your eyelid" and start touching my eye.

I brew a tea with turmeric roots, ginger roots and add honey, coconut oil and pepper..

Natural medicine full of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, and anti-viral properties ..

WASH YOUR HANDS YA FILTHY CUNTS

Try to not touch your asshole when you have a cold.

I've been thinking that we should do like China here and all wear masks when under the weather or when something is going around. Not a bad standard to follow.
