For me it's getting enough calories and not working out like a mad man everyday. If I over exert myself, or tear down my body too much, or diet too much then I will get sick easily.
Wash your hands , avoid rubbing your eyes picking your nose and putting your fingers or things you've been touching pencils pens etc into your mouth. Also get good rest and eat a decent diet.
Whenever talking with anyone I only inhale while speaking and exhale while the other person is speaking to avoid taking in any of their germs.
I still occasionally get sick but I usually am able to knock it out in a week or so with nothing more than some rest and OJ.

Everyone around me has been sick, I'm surprised I haven't caught it. I take vitamin d and zinc along with a few others. Haven't caught a hint of the sickness
