How do you claim clothes donations?

Me and the wife went through the closets and had six bags of clothes that we gave to goodwill. So how much would we claim for that in our taxes? How much do you guys claim on donated stuff? Phone Post 3.0

Most people claim 30% or so of the brand new price if its in good sellable shape Phone Post 3.0

It's a way to get a few more bucks on tax returns, and if you shop there at all you might get a coupon out of the deal.
