After his first stint in the UFC, he has fixed all his issues and became a force once again but now at Light Heavyweight. He definitely showed the world that he will be as tough of a challenge as they come but how far can he really go? If he can continue to stop takedowns and use his wrestling in reverse as well as maintain steady cardio, he can really be special once again. He's always had that potential to be great and seems to be a fan favorite but can he really be a force in this division? Can he become the champ? Is he the one to beat Jones? Can he beat any of the elite 4? (Jones, Gus, Rashad, Cormier) I know he won't fight Rashad but in your opinion does Rumble finally have everything together now? In my honest opinion I think he can be top 5 with those guys. I think he can beat Rashad personally. He may end up getting a shot at the title at some point since Jones is beating everyone so far and may end up needing a fresh challenger. Jones may never be beat, but he has a crazy slew of challengers in front of him but none may be as dangerous as Rumble. All I know is with his inclusion to the UFC Light Heavyweight division, this division has gotten a lot more exciting and interesting.

Nice, but rashad is his teammate and coach/mentor so that fights not happening and what do you mean he could be top five did he not just best the #4 rank LHW, last time I check beating a top five guy makes you one.
Even if Johnson never becomes champion he can have a great career. He just needs to make sure he takes training seriously and stay out of trouble and he can do big things.
AJ is top 5 and he can be the champ! I have no doubt about it
Brandonbrazell -Yea but Cormier and Hendo were ranked below him, he was ranked to hight to begin with in my opinionT H R I F T Y - After his first stint in the UFC, he has fixed all his issues and became a force once again but now at Light Heavyweight. As long as he can make weight on a regular basis he can be a threat to Jones. He's strong as shit and could rag doll quite a few top 205er. Put him up against OSP next then if he wins that maybe someone like Glover then a title shot. gus and DC will get title shots before him asl ong as DC doesn't lost to Hendo

Pancake Syrup Ali -OSP is a downgrade, a no win situation. Glover or the winner of Bader/Feijao

True. I was just looking around though and a lot of guys either have fights booked, fights coming up but yet to be announced (Gus-Jones) and OSP would be interesting anyway
Two more wins against top guys than title shot.
Pancake Syrup Ali -I do think you build him up slowly but IMO OSP is too risky and besides, I believe the UFC is also building him up slowlyT H R I F T Y -Pancake Syrup Ali -OSP is a downgrade, a no win situation. Glover or the winner of Bader/Feijao

Colboyo - Two more wins against top guys than title shot. One more win IMO

Rumble has the talent and ability to reach the top. His cardio was his problem in the past. His most recent outing showed vast improvement in that department. AJ's rise to the top will be legendary.
I think he can beat the elite four, but there is no way he is going to beat Gary.
hes a bully fighter. when he goes up against someone he can't throw around, he will look bad
Panthersfly - I think he can beat the elite four, but there is no way he is going to beat Gary.LMFAO funny but perfectly said!
