How much sleep do you need?

Hey OG. How much sleep on average do you guys need or get? Currently its 2 am and I'm making this post. Ill go to bed in a min but I gotta get up at 5:30 for work. This is about a 5-6 day a week thing for me.
I'm usually just fine the next day like its all I needed. I know it can cause health problems but I just can't seem to make myself go to bed earlier. So what about you guys OG? Phone Post

12 hour overnight shifts at the hospital- I go to sleep when the lawnmowers start up.. 4-5 hours tops. Phone Post

I sleep 8 hours a night generally. 10 Hours on sundays. If im not asleep for 6 hours minimum my body will not get up. I will sleep through alarms and my wife shaking me etc...I needz ma sleep for dem big gainz brah!

Absolutely 8 if I plan to train that day. In a heavy training camp 8-10. I never set an alarm clock and just wake up whenever. Phone Post 3.0

I get six.

Even at weekends, when I don't have to get up, my body wont allow for more.

I get around 7 but have a shitty sleep pattern. It's usually, 2-3 hours sleep, 30 mins awake (usually piss here), 2 hrs sleep, 2 hours awake, then 2 hours of the deepest most blissful comatomse fucking sleep in the world.

I need 10 hours of straight sleep.

I get 7-8 but I function best with 9 or more.

I get 5-6 hrs a night. But one thing i have noticed lately...I've been getting sick a lot more. Like colds and flu and infections. When i slept 7 hrs plus i hadn't taken a sick day in five yrs. I think i need to revert back to 7+. Phone Post

When college is going on I can make it on 3 to 4 hrs of sleep 6 days a week, but during the summer I have to get around 10 hrs to function. Phone Post

I've come to the conclusion that 7-8hrs is the sweet spot for me. I work grave shift, so when I get less than 7 I start to doze off at 3-4am. Phone Post

Me too except after lunch in work I can barely keep my eyes open.

Every Monday I promise myself I'm going to go to bed early every night and get at least 8 hours sleep but it never happens. I always end up just watching stupid shit on YouTube until 2-4am. Phone Post 3.0
