The opening betting lines are around -1250 Rousey/ 825 Holm, which are crazy for mma haha. It's pretty much the same betting line as Daniel Cormier vs Pat Cummings last year. I don't even know how u sell this fight. To further push the comparison, when DC fought Pat, Daniel was undefeated, still riding the wave from winning the HWGP championship in Strikeforce, and was 2-0 in the UFC.. Pat Cummings was 4-0 in his professional CAREER and working at Starbucks when he got the call to fight DC, on like 8 days notice. So u are telling me that I'm supposed to buy this as a "legitimate" title fight, even though it has the same odds our current LHW Champion saw against a barista with 4 pro fights on a weeks notice? I just can't.. And just in case u missed that one, it took DC about 90 seconds to MURDER Pat.. Which is about 75 seconds longer than I expect it to take Ronda to destroy Holm.. Just my 2 cents.

Never mind. Just heard they are putting Joanna vs Claudia as the co main. That's how they sell it. U have both women's champs headlining.
Its easy to sell. Two good looking girls and Holms has had a ton of hype. Only a moron couldnt sell this fight.

I wanted to see Rousey/Tate III with Holm/Nunes as co main.

I don't think it matters who the opponent is at this point. Rousey seems to have enough name recognition on her own to sell fights.
Still, I'm sure we'll get more than a few nuggets of gold from the usual suspects to keep us entertained throughout the buildup.
