It's only $9.99. I've read it and it's damn good. Old time wrestler from back in the day reveals some awesome wrestling techniques and tips He's long gone but this book was rediscovered and has some nice techniques. He was a former 5 time middleweight champ and wasn't thrown or taken down for the last ten years of his career. Pretty sick wrestling, takedowns, takedown defense and mat control.
