How to build up Muay Thai program?

Sekiya...just don't go and try to convince him to stay out in LA and not come back to beautiful Michigan. :)

The best way for Khun to get his female enrollment up is to have me be featured in the ads... you'll be turning down female students left and right... now if you'd just move your school closer to me, we'd be all set...

Have you tried going the other way? Make a targeted
appeal to dedicated MAists and fighters who are looking
to learn MT, instead of a broad appeal to the masses.

Run "boot camps"
that cost considerably more, but are 5 days a week.
Have them commit for a period of 1-3 months, depending
on how you want to run your camp.

Promise solid fundamentals by the end of the camp and
a good deal of personal instruction. You'll draw the
attention of folks that are most likely hardcore and
dedicated. The extra cost commits them more. Once
they've completed the program it's pretty simple to
motivate them to stay. They've invested a considerable
amount of time, and fair amount of money, most
rational people will continue on.

I am in the process of openning my own school in a week and a lot of these suggestions have really helped. I will make postcards today and insert them in all of the martial arts magazines at the local stores this afternoon and see if that helps.
