How to cleanse one's body?

Due to a variety of factors I have been unable to train for the last 5 weeks. I have been drinking way too much coffee(which I never did before) and not sleeping very well. I also have not been eating very well which is very rare for me...bottom line is my body systems feel like crap..I feel like stone and dont feel good at there is a poison in my body. I am getting back to training lightly this coming week and want to know if there is anything I can do to get my body back in order...sauna? diet? stretching? mental health? I just need help all. I have been under alot of stress and it has zapped my motivation to train but I love training too much to ever stop. I need to break this nasty unhealthy cycle I have myself on. Thanks alot for any help.
