By the time the policeman realised what was happening it was too late, and the object had drifted away.
That didn’t stop the cop from desperately shooting in the air though, emptying out a clip while trying to burst the balloon.
Unsurprisingly there has been some doubt cast on the legitimacy of the clip, with some suggesting it may have all been a hoax.
On the 1% chance that that is real, that's the greatest thing I have ever seen.
