Looked more like a pain sub cause the one side of his neck is wide open
not a blood choke, wind choke.
Shlemenko is a dangerous guy to try to take down.
This is my favorite sub. I hit it all the time and it hurts like hell.
To defend, you need to grab both elbows and push your head forward or spin out. Neither is easy when they have a lock on your chin.
I won with the same choke UFC on Fox 2 in Chicago. My bjj coach is a monster with it. I learned the hard way
Sub
Chris Brennan is the master of this shit
ttt
One of my favorite subs.
ImTheSandMan -It works great to help break their grip on your legs off the takedown. Or it will atleast make then worry about getting chokedGalanis -camozzi - This is my favorite sub. I hit it all the time and it hurts like hell.

Nice man! I also like how the choke can be snuck on really fast. Sometimes guys in that position, mid transition, aren't thinking they're going to get choked in that manner and then boom... Great choke, very sneaky and will make you wanna tap quickly
It looks very sneaky, I wonder why more fighters dont at least attempt it when they are sprawling.

How times have changed.
I remember years ago in the early days of the UG, there was a time when ppl were asking about this choke. And most people weren't sure how it was done.
And now its on YouTube.... Out there for everyone
the only master of this move is Pequeno (who coined the term 10-finger) and that video does NOT show that guillotine. most of the time it's an arm-in guillotine
here to educate the UG - go to 2:10

and here it is in action

Surprised no one has posted a gif of Jorgensen slapping one on and lifting Chad George off his feet.

I was talking about this the other day. Back in the 90's when I trained more, finding out new moves was damned near impossible. Not that many BJJ schools and the technique knowledge was still comparitively low. I remember wanting to know certain escapes or moves and literally having to wait as long as a year until I could find out by going to a seminar a few hours away. Now it's all at your fingertips.
camozzi -Didn't Hendo try to get it on shogun in the first fight??ImTheSandMan -It works great to help break their grip on your legs off the takedown. Or it will atleast make then worry about getting chokedGalanis -camozzi - This is my favorite sub. I hit it all the time and it hurts like hell.
