I'm taking whey protein, glutamine, taurine, tribulus, creatine, multivitamin, udo oil, acai drink, and no2.
I'm just wondering what's the best way to stack them. Right now, I am doing a 15 minute short workout (postural and joint exercises) right when I wake up (with NO2, since it has to be on empty stomach). Then, I swim for 20 minutes.
Next, I do tribulus and udo together with breakfast (oatmeal, egg, nuts, and peanut butter).
I read for an hour and then I go to my full workout. After that, I take 1/2 of my whey with creatine immediately. Then, I wait 15 minutes and take the rest with taruine, glutamine, and multivitamin.
I'm having trouble finding the right time to take NO2 since it is supposed to taken 45 minutes before workout on empty stomach, but I am eating my breakfast. Also, I am wondering if I am stacking too much supplements in my post workout shakes.

BTW, I am doing this because I have a severely atrophied deltoid as the result of an axillery nerve injury. I'm doing all I can to heal it. The muscle is finally starting to come back now after almost fifteen months of NO muscle at all.
