Hunger Games Catching Fire-did u like it??

i liked the first one, it was much better than i thought it would be..just finished watching the 2nd one, not sure what to think..it seemed to start off very slow, the first 45 minutes seemed to drag...then the arena battles start and i get more interested...things are happening, people are getting killed off but most of the kills are offscreen which was lame..they built up these other victors to be supreme killers which they werent, at all...i think im missing something here...spoilers below

then the ending happens where our main heroine get scooped up into the chopper where Woody and the rest are chilling out planning something sinister or a revolt or something..then we learn district 12 burned to the ground, the credits...hmm wtf is going on here??were most of the victors in on this like PSH said??im a little confused, didnt like the ending..

i'm not sure if the young victor w/ the old lady thing worked for me. it made my NO NO spot tingly.

The ending is classic 'middle episode' stuff I thought. Same as Empire.

I thought it was a much better movie and better directed than the first one.

7/10 for me

I enjoyed it. I incidentally read the books not knowing they were making movies of it. They've done good for the most part.

All aside I hate that they're making you pay twice to watch the third book. Phone Post 3.0

^^please dont give spoiler of the 3rd book but from everything ive heard the 3rd book is by far the worst and they are going to make us watch 2 movies of it?

yeah carrying the old woman around made no sense from a survival perspective..also i assume the 'moldling' that sacrificed herself to the baboons to save the guy was in on 'the master plan' that is??i hope so or else her action makes no sense..

I really didn't like it, but that could be because I am not a Beta She-Man. Phone Post 3.0

Never read the books nor did I see the first movie but I got talked into going to see this one and I enjoyed it for what it was. Plus Jennifer Lawrence is delicious. Phone Post 3.0

Book yes. Movie not so much.

Never read the book, love the movies.

I thought it was a pretty solid movie

Worth watching Phone Post 3.0

I liked this one a lot more than the first one. Phone Post 3.0

It took some talking into just to get me to see the first one. I thought it was pretty good though afterwards. Not knowing anything about the books, was kinda surprised at the little kid violence thinking the movie was geared more toward kids lol. Jennifer Lawrence being very hot obviously kept my interest also. The movie was better than I thought it would be.

The second one was just ok. It played out slower. Was hoping there was a little more action and killing during the actual games. And then the ending with the secret plot lost me. With the first movie, it has a definitive end even though you know the story will continue. The second one just leaves you hanging like wtf.

That's how the book ends though.

Third book was weak, there is no way they split it up into two movies in a satisfactory manner. Falls apart at the end. Phone Post 3.0

I thought it was okay, but I didn't particularly like the first one. MOAR BLOOD AND VIOLENCE PLEASE Phone Post 3.0

3rd the worst? It was my favourite book and It has the potential to be awesome.
The reason he carried the old lady is because she practically raised finnick and 8f you can why not save someone you love?.
And I loved both hunger games movies Phone Post 3.0

Shitty ending but good movie Phone Post 3.0

They stayed true to the book but it didn't translate to film well Phone Post 3.0

Just watched it last night.  I thought the first one was better and hated how the second one ended.

I saw the first one. I didn't really care for it. It seemed like a jumble of a few different movie ideas that didn't really belong together.
