There is a good chance that, as a matter of law, your employer is on the hook and is obligated to foot your legal fees.
Bar from your description is vicariously liable, and I am assuming that they too are named in the suit. Their liability insurance ought to provide you a defense for this. I hope that you aren't an independent contractor and that you indemnified them.
