I was rolling yesterday and stupid me...didn't tap to an armbar...any ideas to make it heal quicker so I can roll again?
one time at work i fell off the latter & banged my elbow it wasn't so bad but that nite in class i got armbared hard & i thought i broke my elbow(sameone that got bangedup). not to sound like a pussy but i was trying hard as hell not to cry.
i iced it, put alot of iceyhot or any type of menthol creams on it to keep it warm took some advil. i always supplement with glucousamine. it took me about 1 1/2 months to get back to normal, but i started rolling like 2 days after i just tapedit up, bandaged it up & put a elbow pad on it. i stood away from any pushing exercises.
eat right get pleanty of rest & you'll be back to norm

And DON'T roll again until it feels 100%!!
