I didn't read all of the pages of the King Mo busted for steroids page, but i read enough to figure out that a lot of posters on here have already accepted his guilt and are ready to throw him into the flames. Now i am personally not a King Mo fan, and as a fan of Rampage, i think i am obligated to dislike him, but something makes me believe him when he says this:
"I'm very surprised about this. I am very careful about what I put into my body," Lawal said Tuesday. "I've never tested positive for a performance-enhancing drug. I've gone through, and still welcome, Olympic-style testing."
"I will do whatever is necessary to get to the bottom of this."
"I'm not a cheater," Lawal said. "I might cheat at video games, but I never cheat at fighting."
Maybe it's the humor he threw into his denial like someone who is not afraid. Maybe it's that he didn't try a lame excuse. Or maybe it's because of the modesty he used instead of his usual look-at-me bravado. Whatever it is, and i can't exactly explain it, i think we should reserve judgement on this one and give King Mo a chance to prove his innocence.

Mo never seemed like a cheater to me either. Just a smart, hard working, athletic guy. I hope he really didnt knowingly take something dirty, but he most likely did.

Seriously though. Looks like the NSAC changed up their testing procedure and caught a couple of people off guard. Get real folks. We all know that that shit is rampant behind the scenes in MMA and every other pro sport.
I'm usually a sceptic too. And i believe a lot of guys (A LOT) are on PEDs. USually when someone gets busted (Guyborg) i am not surprised and just can't figure out why it didnt happen sooner. But something about this one seems different. I am not saying there is any conspiracy (what would it be, Rampage is afraid of him so got Dana to off him? Winslow switched out his urine with hers?), just that i think he gets a chance to prove his innocence on this one.

Right ok it's a drug test you don't accidentally take steroids!!! You can accidentally take a vitamin c or a prohormone but WTF are you kidding me he took them so did cyborg and who ever else tests positive. You think the scientists that make the drug tests are idiots they know what they're doing and I think anyone who believes otherwise is an idiot.you cant just pick up that shit at the drug store or mini mart! He knew what he was doing

its a brilliant way of admitting he took them while still confusing enough people to think hes innocent. Has there ever been a better post steroid bust quote then that? Mo is a genius!

But has there been a mma fighter falsely test positive?
I'll wait before I make my verdict on Mo, but he does come across as sincere. He just doesn't seem like the cheating type.
