Seriously, I usually end up rooting for one fighter I like above another I also like when it comes down to it, but with this one I'm torn. I'm inclined to want to see Nick Diaz win because it would be an incredible UFC re-debut and I think Diaz Vs. GSP/Condit winner is 10X more interesting than a potential GSP/Penn III. Hope it's a great fight!

I'd even go as far as saying Diaz isn't even top ten in the UFC. Not sure why everyone wants to see him fight GSP. He has absolutely nothing for him.....
Penn wins round 1, in round 2 Diaz starts peppering him from a distance, round 3 Penn is running on fumes and is eventually TKO'ed by Diaz.

Diaz is a second rate fighter. At best. He's beaten a washed up Frank Shamrock, Cybor (WOW...lol) and Paul Daley (a guy who couldn't hack it in the big show).

Nick would get torn up by the vast majority of 170lb'ers in the UFC. Dana knew this and that's why he gave him a title shot. He knew Nick posed no threat to GSP/UFC money-maker/posterboy and that moronic fans would buy it. It's a win-win. Feed Diaz to the best and send his ass packing with the quickness. Then Nick being that outstanding mature professional that he is ruined it lol. What an idiot.

10 win streak only one by decision. He didn't win by great gameplans or because of styles, he win because he went in there and beat em up. Even Daley he stood and traded with, say what you will about Daley(I'm nit a fan) but the man can fight in his feet and only lost in the UFC by being held down, then booted for being a retard after the fight.
Penn likes to test thing on the feet, and Diaz beets up strikers so I assume he will beat up Penn in the feet. Penn won't shoot till he's hurt and by then it will be to late.
I agree GSP would wrestlefuck him and win for sure, Penn is a different story, Penn gets wrestlefucked, he doesn't do the wrestlefucking.

For me it just depends on what BJ turns up. If he trained hard and is focused and motivated then I think he will take it.
I doubt Diaz will be able to stop GSP from taking him down (given Diaz' history against anybody with decent wrestling). I do think he will make a better fight of it than most other ww's though.
The fight I really want to see is Condit Diaz. I think there is no way that fight is anything less than FOTY.
I think the question is, who would we rather see: Gsp/penn3 or Gsp/Diaz? Id rather see diaz in there, personally
