I have a herniated disc in my neck so i have been avoiding them but have not felt any pain in a good while so i decided to give them a go.

I did 3 sets of 10 of a whole 55lbs!!! like nothin.

seriously who cares how big or small the numbers are.. (at leasts thats what I tell my girlfreind), but besides that, good job!
