I didn't check into this thread with the intention of listening to Tom Lawlor talk for almost 11 minutes.
But that’s exactly what I just did. He’s likeable, fo sho. Seems like a great guy to have a beer with.
I once saw him fast asleep snuggling a pizza as if it were a princess and have since forever enjoyed a Tom Lawlor.

You’re right. Forget that he’ll forever have a winning record under the UFC banner, 4 POTN and was top 15 at LHW. Guy never belonged.
- As far as I can tell, he never missed weight, despite fighting in 2 weight classes.
- Has never padded his record by fighting guys with lousy records.
- Wiki says he was National Collegiate Wrestling Association champ 3 years in a row from 2003 to 2005.
- Wiki also says he won the 2018 Battle Riot, which is some sort of pro wrestling thing. But, hey, he won!
- He used to live in Ft. Myers, in Lee County, Florida, which is the county I live in.
- He went to Univ. of Central Florida, which is where Daunte Culpepper went to school. They might have known each other!
