During one of the prelims at UFC on FX Satuday night, Dan was wandering the aisles and saw someone he knew in one of the sections right next to mine.
I stood up and shouted "Dan Miragliotta! Thank you for the Cheick Kongo - Pat Barry fight!!!" He yelled back, "Oh yeah, great fight!".
Really happy that I got to thank the man who didn't stop the greatest comeback in UFC history. Stupid story, I know, but it really made my night after the "thrilling" main event.
