The endings of the fight were brutal. But lets not discount the fight as a whole and act like they mopped the canvas with him.
If he does lose. I hope he takes some time off but I don't want to see the guy retire. I think chris and derrick Brunson would be a good fight.
Weidman actually looked good I the first part of all is his losses and then shit went south. He is still an elite talent but maybe he is slightly below the very best or just had a bad string of luck. Tonight is gonna say a lot. If he can't beat Gastelum he needs to go to Bellator.
Weidman has had some bad luck so to speak. The guy couldn't lose and beat the GOAT 2x but now lost 3 straight. He had some good moments and thought he just had a brain fart ag Luke that cost him the win. Same ag Romero. He was doin well overall then went for the td and got kneed into Bolivian. Moose was putting it on him but the stoppage wasn't great and maybe he had a chance to come back. So I can't figure if he lost it, USADA was a factor or he just hit a line of killers and they were better or all of the above.
