I've eaten lots of grilled cheese, but never had it the way the #1 p4p poster in the world makes it...
I would like to be eating so much grilled cheese, lately.
Favorite breads, Heat level, times, what the pan is made of, etc.
Medium-low heat.
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Today i used Jewish rye bread with American cheese but any bread or cheesse will fo.
I like spicy Gooda (sp?) or dill havarava or something. I forget the name of that cheese but it wss yumbo. Or peoperjack.
Put the cheese betwwwen the bread and heat about 2 minutes each side with the buttered side down. Yo.
Enjoy.

A grilled cheese with a bowl of soup (Italian wedding, chicken gumbo, lentil as some examples) on a cold or rainy day. Ballgame.

There is no need to get fancy. Grilled cheese, tomato soup.
Half the sandwiches being called a grilled cheese, aren't grilled cheese. They are pulled pork sandwiches, or bacon sandwiches, but not a grilled cheese.

Some of these bastardized sandwiches they call "grilled cheese" are laughable.

My ipad doesnt type good. I am too fast of a typer for my ipad and it doesnt type good.
It doesn't type good. Man i really want some more grilled cheese.
I go on grilled cheese kicks now and then. I feel this might be a good night to start one up again. People keep saying to use mayo...might give that a go.
