I met Dan the wolfman at the Bellator Fights. Super nice dude, even posed for a pic with me! if I could ever figure out how to post, i'll post it.
So?
Nice work bro. I imagine Dam would be fun to hang out with.
So? Show some respect. this guy takes his time, energy and money to help further MMA and combat sports. He is a legend IMO. He was slightly smaller than I thought, although he would whip my ass in about .45 seconds
Was there too. How bout those beer lines. Fuck.
they ran out of beer before the MAIN CARD. wtf. however, I did meet shane del rosario and lorenz larking (again) I met lorenz before strikeforce fights at a regional show in riverside, CA.
Shane was cool! smaller than I expected. again. he'd whip my ass before i could say MMA
Now I am in a UC Irvine Sorority. drinking. listening to youtube.... im 29 smdh
Just spoke to Dan and he says he'll be bringing tons of Bellator interviews from the last couple of days! Good stuff!
how can i post pics from the IPHONE?
Someone help this man out.
I liked the Bren Center. Bigger than Memorial Hall in KC, smaller than HP Pavillion in San Jose. The lighting was great. There was this weird VIP section on the left side of the walk out lane. It was weird because up until the last few fights they were empty. Although, once the main events started there was the MMA whose who.... King Mo, the Fight Professor Stephen Quadros, Frank Shamrock, Cheick Kongo and his gay lover (dude from dancing with the stars, some french actor), Bjorn, Felice Herrig, Carla Esparza, and Tito Ortiz was in another section. There was also cocktail servers, helping quench the thirst of the VIPs.
I am not sure if this is normal par for the course TV production, but at certain times, when they would show the cameras on the walkout fighters, they would bring an entire section from the top to the floor area to make it seem like there was more people in attendance. They would also encourage cheering and what not. Dont get me wrong, there was plenty of peeps in the stands. It's just they tried to make it seem more 'live' than it actually was.
I have no gripes. I do prefer strikeforce though, call me a home from nor-cal, but their fights are always so fun.

The Bren Center was the perfect size. The crowd was very into it (until the Petruzelli fight) and it felt tight knit. The fights were great.
I don't know the name of the Bellator announcer, but Bruce Buffer blows him out of the water. Very bland.
I've been to UFC, Strikeforce, KOTC, and now Bellator. Bellator was by far the most mellow show I've been to. Not because of the fights or the crowd, but because I didn't feel drawn into the event.
It was just like okay here's a fight. And here's another fight. Okay now it's over.
Honestly, I was left with an "eh" feeling.
I'd like to meet him....
guess he's too good for us black namers.
;_;
garrote -Was there too. How bout those beer lines. Fuck.
Tell us about them.
And how much was the beer?
Overpriced or somewhat reasonable?
Ahh, who i am kidding
$7. Not too bad as far as price is concerned, but there were 4 lines inside and 4 lines outside and each line was about a 1/2 hour wait. No joke.
Then after I finished my two beers I go back to get more and they are fucking OUT OF BEER.
$7 beers. They also almost confiscated a flask but we were able to hide it in the bushes.
Great center for fights. But yeah it was like ok here are fights ok they are done go home. Tito did take lots of pics and was by for the most popular celebrity
