This whole injury thing really sucks, I was excited for his return. :(

I know people hate on him and his style but I enjoy it. he is the best BW in the world and I really want to see him vs Barao to unify the belts.
Do people hate his style because of the movement or because he isnt a finisher?
I think alot has to do with no finishing, doesnt matter how technical a fighter is, how great his style is, a guy like Cruz, Edgar, GSP they get hated on because they dont finish.

I think it all has to do with not finishing guys, he's great at everything though and very entertaining to me so I don't understand the hate on him.

I don't hate Cruz as a person. I think it really sucks that he is out for so long and has to go through all of this crap.
However, I don't like him as a fighter. My personal opinion is both his extremely weird of bouncing back and forth, as well as his lack of finishing. I can't stand either one of them. That is just my personal feeling. Wish him the best in a speedy recovery though.

mayday cruz isn't that bad either, cruz would be the heavy favorite and win on points but who knows mayday could very will finish cruz the kid is freakin a for awesomee
He gets a lot of shit on here for his fighting style. I enjoy it though.

I miss him. I think he's a great champion and I enjoy watching him fight.
It's not that he doesn't finish fights that really bothers me. It just seems that especially more recently, he has fallen into the mode where he's ok with just winning, and not finishing. I understand with a guy like Frankie not being able to finish, he is a much smaller guy fighting guys who are cutting from 170-180. Cruz is a big BW, and I feel like he could go for the finish more. He is very technical, his pace is relentless, I just feel like he can finish some of the guys he fights. He is very skilled, and his fight with DJ impressed me. We will see how he looks against Barao, it will be a great fight. It just seems like he's comfortable and doesn't want to lose the belt.

I don't understand the whole finishes = excitement thing, I find Cruz to be very exciting.
