Squarespace is SOOOO easy to use and looks good to most people.

What type of website is it? Is it for your gym? 
Go with Squarespace. Super easy to use and you won't need any of that plug-in and update nonsense associated with Wordpress.
You can have custom design work with it also but I doubt you would need an ongoing support person.
