Sounds like there’s deeper issues then that then. I wouldn’t say that your wife would pick her mom over you any day of the week, but she’s not gonna roll out to Japan with you. If it was me, I’d go anyway, since your wife seems more concerned with staying close to mommy instead of thinking of her family’s future, but that’s just me.
