Why the hell are they blacking out events that are on free tv.. They want us to pay 10.00 for maybe 5 fights a year. I'm not paying for 2 prelim fights that no one has heard of!.. Wtf like I said I want to love fight pass please put the fights on it.: I canceled cable for this shit!

I figured that it had something to do with the fox contract but I got all excited and shit thinking I won't have to search stations.set the Dvr.call the kids and tell me to make sure It's recording and everything else.. So they are charging ten$ to watch reruns of fights that every fight fan has already watched? Just kinda upset it's not what I thought it would be.. And besides when's the last time you heard of a football fan watching reruns of old games? Never
I never knew until last night but in Canada with fight pass we actually get every single prelim and main event that is on free tv on Fight Pass. Only fights we don't get live are the main cards of PPV's. Has anyone tried to mask their IP or use a Canadian one and see if that works for you guys?
Isn't it odd that you can watch the main card of a televised event for free but have to pay (Fight Pass sub) to watch the first prelims?
Ok I don't want to sound like every other person here. But I've changed cable companies changed satellite providers just to watch ufc .oh and order every pay per view. and now I pay 10$ for nothing. seriously wish I would have known this is a package not designed for the American market but for other countries

Not to mention all of the early prelims and the Ultimate Fighter Brazil.
So you really don't think 1 entire fight, 2-3 early prelim fights (so roughly 12 individual fights a month), plus the Ultimate Fighter Brazil (which sells on itunes for around $2 per episode), and an ever growing back catalog is worth $10 a month?

As for PPV's, I read somewhere that there is a exclusive window where the event is only available through them and it is something ridiculous like 180 days.
Ok I just looked into it a little more. fight pass is going to offer 10 live fights this year. Roy Nelson card being the next one after that the fights are to far out to tell.. also no mention about replaying the fox events only pay per views
Mike126 -No, the whole point is for them to be able to put on an extra 10-15 events a year overseas but still have some money come in from the US. I think that eventually the app will be around $35 a month and have everything. Think about the amount of money you could make with 30 million or so fans spread out all over the world.dubate -Really sucks man. Paid for fight pass here in Australia. Exclusive fight pass events blacked out here. Only avail through separate cable tv subscription. Two months of subscribing to find that all the fight pass stuff I wanted to watch was not available in my region. Here in aus it's more like "Fight Ass".
