This is a recipe for just being a fatter version of yourself. Some genetic freaks can start working out and put on 24lbs of lean mass in a year. Thats 2lbs a month for the 1st year of exercise for an extremely gifted person. Normal adults would be blessed to gain half that (provided you aren't a young person still growing) which is a pound per month. Gaining extra weight will just be extra fat. Don't try to rush it. There is no extra benefit to more than 1 pound per month and even then you need to be training hard or it will just be fat.
Be patient and always stay reasonably lean as there is no reason not to and its way unhealthy to have extra fat. Bulking is a myth without a natural growth spurt or some chemical assistance. In reality it is just something fat guys delude themselves with to excuse binge eating.

This is nonsense. The most a person can add of lean mass in a year is well under 10lbs. Even so, the person must be a genetically gifted person AND be taking steroids to not be prone to catabolism.
IF you happen to start building when you move from teenager to adult, you can add more. I gained from about 155 to about 180 (not lean mass, either) in about 5 months when I matured. I just -happened- to catch my body at the right time.
