Im confused right now and figured i'd ask.
I've been told by everyone i ever trained with that in NoGi everyone can do kneebars and toeholds no matter the belt. But now I'm going to compete in the european nogi open so I'll be competing under the IBJJF rules. As far as i can tell the rules are the same so as a bluebelt im not allowed to do kneebars and toeholds.

Nevermind. Got a reply from an IBJJF ref. Exactly same rules as with the gi.
Exactly. Think of IBJJF as no-gi BJJ rules, as opposed to other tournaments who have no-gi "submission grappling" rules.
