I just made a thread about Forrest vs Wiuff would be great, but now that I think about it, if Icon Sports signed Wiuff, they could have a dominant LHWT that would probably retain thier title for a long time. This would bring some High profile LHWT fights to Hawaii.

Icon Sports and WEC are definetly gathering a talented group of people and are paying just as well as the UFC>.

Icon Sports is building quite a stable in their 185 division, why not for 205?

Sign Horwick, Wiuff, and Lambert!

never happen, as hawaii doesnt have an established 205lbs class due to no local fighters in that div. although, i remember you body slamming cabbage, and that was awesome.

Hey Travis, I am not sure if you will answer this question, but I was wondering, Do you feel that you could be more successful in the UFC as a 225 to 230lb Heavyweight? I feel like you would dominate everyone outside of Sylvia, Mir, and Arlovski, and I feel you would give those 3 very hard fights and could win those matches.

Why the decision to drop to 205?

Ya I wish my manager had a little pull in this business!!

205 was a decision based on the fact that some of the heavys were getting so big (6'5 and 250 lbs.)and I was slowly droping weight. I walk around at about 230lbs so the cut is not easy, but there seems to be alot more competion at light heavy and many more opportunities!!
