I'd watch. Hard to judge Hathaway, impressive record, but not really set the UFC alight. Woodley actually came to fight against Nate rather than blanket which was nice.. I guess Hathaway getting knocked about Pyle is not that embarrassing considering his current run since they fought.
That would be a very good fight. I'm a huge fan of Tyron's so I don't care who he fights, I'm excited to see it. That said Hathaway sounds like an interesting match up. Hopefully they make it and put it on the Chicago card (I know Tyron wants on that card).
I'd also love Waldburger/Woodley.

I think Story would beat him. He's underrated on the UG, probably because his style isn't very appealing to fans.
