I'd love to see the odds for who signs Ngannou for his next fight

PFL
Bellator
ONE
BKFC
Other…

“We’re very interested in signing Francis Ngannou and would very much like to have him compete in the stacked BKFC heavyweight division,” Feldman said Sunday in a statement to MMA Junkie. “We’re tabling an offer for his services, and hopefully fans will see him in the BKFC squared circle in 2023.”

Imagine if Jake Paul, Nate Diaz and Ngannou all end up in the PFL. Nobody saw that coming a year ago.

Eddie Alvarez still needs somewhere to call home.

If RIZIN wants to grow their shallow LW division a little with foreign talent they might be interested in Alvarez but he has to be a lot more expensive than Cruickshank and Johnny Case and I’m not sure on the ROI there for RIZIN with Alvarez in 2023.

Personally I would have liked to see Eddie get Outlaw’s Bellator GP spot since he is a former Bellator champ.

Another place he could end up… Street Beefs

I couldn’t care less about Francis. I’ll never pay to watch him again

I hope Nate ends up in RIZIN that would be cool

Nate vs Roberto de Souza the RIZIN LW champ would be an excellent fight actually but I don’t think Nate is a needle mover to the RIZIN fans so RIZIN won’t pay him that Mayweather money.

Cruickshank fight for XFC.

Yeah true but I was just saying he was an American LW and a longtime RIZIN fighter but its fair to say he was fighting for a lot less than RIZIN would have to pay to acquire Eddie Alvarez.

I’d say there is a 55% chance Bellator signs him. 40% PFL signs him. 5% chance ONE/BKFC/RIZIN sign him.

  • ex UFC champ
  • pushing 40 years old
  • probably never the same post surgery with the age
  • not much of a big draw
  • will be quickly forgotten about

Sounds about perfect for Bellasnore Bjorn! I mean…Scott!

I’m sure they’ll pay him millions and make back nothing. Good for Francis.

Come on man, you don’t want to see Ngannou vs 49 year old Cheick Kongo as the Bellator Paris headliner?

DUBLIN – Bellator boss Scott Coker thinks things are trending in the right direction with former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou after a recent meeting.

Ngannou (17-3) officially became a free agent earlier this year when he completed his UFC contract and opted not to sign a new deal with the organization that would’ve seen him defend the title against Jon Jones at UFC 285 next month. Since then, “The Predator” has been courted by every notable fight promotion out there.

Bellator is no exception, and company president Coker thinks he has an attractive option for Ngannou. In addition to promoting MMA, Bellator parent company Viacom also has Showtime boxing under its umbrella. Ngannou has made no secret that he wants to step in the ring at some point, and he’s already had his name associated with the likes of Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder.

Coker is keen to do business with Ngannou, 36, and he’s optimistic a deal could come together after a recent sit down with Ngannou.

“From my perspective, then you talk about signing him to Bellator, we’re also talking about having a conversation with him and Stephen (Espinoza), which happened earlier this week, about getting into Showtime pay-per-view boxing, too,” Coker told MMA Junkie and other reporters Friday ahead of Bellator 291. “I think we have a great company to offer him both sides of the combat sports business that he would like to, which is fight MMA and also box. I think we’re a great fit. There’s ongoing discussions, so we’ll see what happens.”

Coker was asked about the possibility of promoting a two-sport series between Ngannou and Wilder, which the latter has publicly proposed. Coker said he’s interested in having a conversation with Wilder, but noted everything is currently a “fluid situation,” because there are seemingly many options on the table for Ngannou’s future.

Now they just need Diaz.

Jake Paul vs Francis boxing only let’s do it

No one but Jake Paul can offer him the kind of money he wants. Fran should go back to the ufc after doing a celeb boxing match
