Do they make them in size S but with a XXL gusset in case I get a hard on?

I’d suggest just get the 2x and use the draw strings to fit your waist and your ‘gusset’ will take up the slack ? Should be good to go, and your slag can test them out for you, i think they have good returns if want to exchange for the M and try same technique
