The same thing would happen that occurs when any famous fighter posts here: the next 50 posts would all be ass-kissing comments, and a few hater comments mixed in.

Sonnen has already proven that he can control the mental midgets, their emotions, and ultimately their wallets, and manipulate them into paying his bills w/ his WWE heel styled trolling...The more they hate him, the more his name gets tossed around, the more notoriety he gains,the more money is spent on PPV's, the more Sonnen will laugh all the way to the bank. This trend would only continue on the UG.

I agree with you but... He hasnt been on a PPV in almost a year and all anyone hears right now is him running his mouth. Which has split his fan base into 2 categories people who think hes funny and people who hate him. If he doesnt have a good showing against Stann or at least put together some sort of a win streak, i think he will lose his fan base of people who like his schtick. And with that hurt his career in the long run cause then no one will care to pay for a PPV just to see him hype it up and lose. Its only the hardcore fans that know him past the point of the hype trail leading up to the Anderson fight. Everyone else knows the shit talking guy who fell short in the 5th and still wont stop talking. I think its a dangerous path hes walking. It working for the time being but he better win some fights. Just my .02
