I would bet the house on Cerrone 
Before Nate went away waiting for more money I would have picked him again but now I think he isn't focused enough and cerrone would take it
I'd go with Cerrone now...if he would just rest up a bit between fights. Nate doesn't get two in a row from Cowboy imo.
Same outcome as their previous fight.

Not only did he have a bad game plan against Diaz (he tried to box with a better boxer) but he's also a much better fighter than he was back then.
Depends if Cerrone comes to fight. He was shook before that fight started. You'd think Nate would be an easier fight for him stylistically 
right now cowboy but nate's run included sub win over gomi, cowboy win, first fighter to finish jim miller. nate was on a roll, i hope he gets back to it. he had a lot of momentum just like cowboy has right now
id take Cerrone and think he deserves a rematch if not title fight

Cerrone would fight smarter in a rematch imo.
Diaz got in his head the first time and cowboy fought more reckless early on than he usually does.
Cerrone. But diaz would be about 2 wins away from this fight anyways.
Cowboy. That was just a bad night and he's improved with every fight since then.
the only thing cowboy has for Nate is kicks. only way he wins is by leg sweep dec.
I'd still pick Nate but wouldn't be surprised at all if Cowboy got a decision. He's just been way more active and that counts for a lot IMO.
I would go with Cerrone this time around. Cerrone has been on a massive tear lately. His activity is actually a plus now. Being that active means you are acclimated to competing and the entire process just runs smoother because he has done it so often. In the time that Diaz has been wasting away on the sidelines waiting to get more money, Cerrone has participated in 7 fight camps back to back and has competed inside the ring, a record 7 times. When Cerrone finally gets some rest and heals up some of his injuries, all of his gains will come forthright. His timing will be sharper and he will be much more comfortable in there than Diaz.
With that being said, I'll take Cerrone winning an exciting fight. In Cerrones last fight we got a glimpse in to what happens when friends fight. It will essentially be a sparring match.
With Diaz, this will not happen and Cerrone will come out blasting.....I can see these two really going after each other and talking shit the whole fight. On paper, this is an awesome fight.
