If Dom rematched Mighty Mouse; who you got ..?!

With the obvious exception of the first Faber fight, I always believed Dem gave Dom his toughest and most problematic scrap.

They say a good big 'un always bests a good little 'un, anyone see this differently (bar maybe Mr Rogan) a second time around, should it ever happen..? Phone Post 3.0

Dom is still too big. Phone Post 3.0

Dom would have to have an edge I think but I'd definitely love to see it. Would be a great fight.

I kinda think that as well, but something tells me that since their first scrap, it's Dem that has shown the biggest improvement, regardless of the fact that is probably down to Dom's injuries.

I always preach 'Never bet against Dom', but if this happened, I'm not so sure. Phone Post 3.0

Dom seems to be a real slow starter nowadays, you can't pull that shit with MM

DJ should really go for this tbh.

I think it's his only chance to develop a name Phone Post 3.0

Close fight. Phone Post 3.0

I think Dom beats him up and finishes him. I think he's just too big for MM.

I just think their first fight was so close, and Dom had the much bigger size advantage. I respect the size difference is still relevant, but speed kills, and the fact Dem still had a full time job the first time they met, and his marked improvement with every fight since makes me feel this goes the other way next time around. Sadly, out of all the champion vs champion "superfights" the UFC could have made (and passed up on), this is probably the most likely one to be made, and the one most of the UFC fan base would be least excited to see. 200k PPV buys @ most. Sounds like a FOX/FS1 headliner if I've ever heard one. Great main event for a free card, though.

Completely disagree. I think DJ got dominated. I think Joseph Benavidez had a much closer fight.

Dom. And I think it'll end in 2 rounds. He's bigger, stronger, and that goddamn footwork. Just my opinion. Phone Post 3.0

Dom, I actually think he matured and improved as a fighter during his lay off, which is extremely rare. But he has that critical, analytical mind as a fighter that usually only applies to watching and training other fighters, but does that for himself. Phone Post 3.0

Mouse would win a decision.

He's even more hyper than Cruz.

Your other thread which was disappeared, I dont think "real" fans of MMA are excited about Lesnar.

But its an exhibition fight, so its kind of a non-issue.

dom is too big. hell out grapple mighty mouse Phone Post 3.0

I think if mighty mouse could win, he's be arguing for this fight, since he is not....

DJ and it wouldn't be close.

I said 'pure', and I stand by that, and for all the reasons that will forever separate the names of 'Penn' from the likes of 'Lesnar' when all said and done.

Out of interest, exhibition fight or not, what's your take on that 'mysteriously vanishing thread' ..?!

Where do you stand ? Bearing in mind your '01 status ?

Appreciate the reply. Phone Post 3.0

Soul Gravy - DJ and it wouldn't be close.
I'm with Soul Gravy. I'd put a SN bet on it too. Heck, I might even bet money for the first time ever. That's how good I think DJ is. Phone Post 3.0
