If Hendo doesn't retire next, he goes to MW right?

Without the TRT (even though he wasn't taking that much, from what I understand), I would think it would be more difficult to compete in a bigger, stronger division where he is already undersized than at MW. He was also talking about dropping to MW before the TRT ruling recently came.

One last thing. For those who think Hendo ever abused TRT, I couldn't disagree more. For one, he has never been busted for not only excessive TRT but for any other substance. Second, I believe it's been documented he has been on a relatively low dose. Lastly, just take a look at his build now vs. when he was younger. Hendo has never been huge or shredded - then or now. Like most guys, he looked better in his 20s and 30s than he does now. He also never had any sort of dramatic physical change between fights.

Compare Dan's likely appropriate usage to ViTRTor Belfort, who suddenly started to look like a HW overnight with muscles popping out of other muscles.

" For one, he has never been busted for not only excessive TRT but for any other substance. "

Almost no fighters in the sport have ever been busted for anything. Do you think they're all clean?

"Second, I believe it's been documented he has been on a relatively low dose. "

You mean he says he's on a low dose, just enough to keep him at the normal level...just like everyone says.

"Like most guys, he looked better in his 20s and 30s than he does now."

I mean it's fine you don't think Dan ever did anything wrong, but what you are basing that conclusion on is kind of silly.

/\/\/\ C'mon, the picture of him when he is younger is him just standing there while the one in his 40's is him flexing and all pumped up right after finishing someone in a fight.

But regardless, are you saying you believe Dan Henderson is/was a cheater? Straight up, your opinion - do you think he was?

O is being O only. He's admitted before that Hendo is one of the most likely to have never cheaded prior to TRT.

To you OP, it does not matter is what I think. He's been done with MW for a long while and no way will he fight there IMO again. Having said that he was so sick without TRT that I don't see him going without it for long. Is there a logical substitute? I think not

/\/\/\ If what you are saying is accurate and he was very sick without TRT, it sounds like we will probably be watching Hendo fight for the very last time this weekend. We should cherish it.

"/\/\/\ C'mon, the picture of him when he is younger is him just standing there while the one in his 40's is him flexing and all pumped up right after finishing someone in a fight."

The second picture I posted of him in his 40s is him standing there cold at a weigh-in. Could you post all three, please?

I don't know if he was a cheater. I think it's silly to speculate based on what they say or how they look. I do think it's very likely that close to 100% of professional athletes break the rules regarding PED use.

"If what you are saying is accurate and he was very sick without TRT,"

Dan Henderson on going off TRT for the Rashad fight: "“I didn’t feel too big of a difference,” Henderson said. “I was a little tired here and there, but that’s not too different from all my other training camps."

On TRT in general: "I never noticed a huge difference. I just know my doctor says it's healthier for me. "

Both of those statements would also constitute speculation.

It's fairly simple at this point.... if you've been at or near the top in any major sport over the last 25 years, I don't believe anyone who says they have never used a performance enhancer or drugs.

Not a single person.

Statistically speaking, there has to be. But, since every athlete ever other than Andy Petite, has lied about it, I don't believe any of them when they deny it. And the more vehemently they deny it, Lance Armstrong, the less I believe them.

I don't care, though. Hendo is still one of my top 5 fave athletes ever. Even if he came out and said he'd been using for years, it wouldn't matter.

No where else in society do you see scientific advancements and known positive medical procedures so vilified to the point they are not only limited but banned and cause for suspension and expulsion from ones most lucrative form of making a living.

I doubt he moves down. Hasn't he said before he was more comfortable at 205 and hates cutting the weight for 185? Phone Post 3.0

The first statement is not speculation. Everyone says they don't cheat. Everyone.

The latter is speculation, which is another reason I don't hold it against them. I have no proof. Although I don't really care either way. Their job is to put on superhuman physical performances time after time. I'm all for whatever will help them.

Orcus, why did you pick a picture where Dan isn't flexing, then where he is flexing? Obviously there is going to be some difference, try finding two pictures of him in the same pose. Phone Post 3.0

U think there may be a difference in quiting TRT VS not being on it for two months? That same source you quoted says there was no issue per the Dr. ONLY because we were talking weeks without treatment not years or months.

Here is Dan's latest interview, he talks at some point about being sick without TRT. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=urFt2IDfF7w

Troll ot dumb? I'm betting both myself

"Orcus, why did you pick a picture where Dan isn't flexing, then where he is flexing? Obviously there is going to be some difference, try finding two pictures of him in the same pose."

I posted two pictures. Please post all three:

Dan in his 20s: http://cdn2.cagepotato.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/mattbenjirandydan1999.jpg

Dan in his 40s: http://i2.cdn.turner.com/si/2012/mma/08/23/ufc.151.dan.henderson/henderson-st.jpg

Another of Dan in his 40s: http://cdn2-b.examiner.com/sites/default/files/styles/image_content_width/hash/3e/02/3e02b968a665aacb45730fdb2c418c4d.jpeg?itok=8yF46AU0

So tell me, was OP right? Did Dan, like most guys, "look better in his 20s than in his 40s"?

"Here is Dan's latest interview, he talks at some point about being sick without TRT."

How about you watch the video and tell me the time at which he talks about being sick? He's mentioned it in every interview about TRT over the years, he always says "I don't know, there's no real difference, maybe I got sick a little more often when I wasn't on it". Who the hell knows what he's talking about. He got colds twice a year instead of once? If you're going to say he's "so sick" without TRT, YOU find the exact quote.
