Imo, Fedor now and anytime. What was Brock's mma prime? A 4 fight win streak, where he pounded mir, wrestle fucked heath, caught handy with a nice punch, and then got beat down for a round against carwin to pull out a sub in the second. For how green he was he did amazing, but Fedor just had so many more tools to win this fight, especially if Fedor connected a single punch on the feet and brock started freaking out.
