kalt - Being ranked 100 or whatever, if you get lucky and through puncher's chance manage to beat #2, it doesn't mean you're the new #2. Or even that you deserve to be in the top 10.

I think of it like averages. If you're #100 and you beat #1, you're #50 now. While it doesn't work exactly like that, in reality it shouldn't be too far away from that.

No clue what Bader is ranked, but if he's #10 then sure, the comment would make some sense.
