And they continue to steal free agents would that push Bellator over the edge to the casual fans?
Sure, but Joe would retire before doing that.
He's into loyalty.
His contract with Zuffa is over in August. The way he's been talking lately though sounds like he might walk away from commentary all together after that. Bellator would have to offer an insane amount of money out there to get him.

Think Joe has too much money to be tempted to fuck over the UFC and friendships that he has developed over the decades. If Joe had $5 million more not sure it would effect his lifestyle much and he knows it.
I think the free agents would be enough, and it may start happening sooner rather than later as long as Bellator stays smart, i.e. Not bank on one fighter. If they even manage to get one popular UFC fighter in their prime more will follow
Go to bellator and do what? Take Jimmys job? They're friends, he wouldn't do that.

If you are going to make such a claim you should back it up with facts, else, it's just empty.
I am not a huge fan of his, but he definitely brings a lot of atmosphere to the fights. If he decides to slow down, I think it would be cool for him to do a few shows per year.
Jimmy Smith does a much better job so Bellator wouldn't make that switch

Technically Jimmy does a better job but something about the way Rogan gets so excited for fights gets me pumped... (maybe I'm gay)

The UFC would not exist today if it weren't for Joe Rogan. He is the only reason people buy PPV's. The only reason.
No compete clause.

Excellent point.
Joe is actually the only reason that mixedmartialarts.com exists today. Nobody would post here if Joe didn't post here.
Joe Rogan. Understand that.
Im prettty sure Joe and Jimmy are friends dont think he would contradict his friends job
