wouldn't that be quite illegal and could Nick Diaz not sue them for allowing him to fight against a man who is on illegal PEDS?
im not sure how it works but that seems like a serious issue and i feel it needs to be investigated, wtf is the point of out of competition testing if its not going to be released until after the fight
