If you eat right and exercise in your 20's....

How does that translate into your 30's and beyond if you maintain that lifestyle?Compared to your average joe who does little to no exercise and unhealthy diet? Phone Post 3.0

You'll get thicker, fuller erections.

In. Currently lifting and eating as healthy as I can. I hope to age like a fine wine, even if it is a bald one. Phone Post 3.0

An older guy who was my supervisor offshore always said what you look like in your 30s has to do with how well you took care of yourself in your 20s. Same with your 40s how you took fare of yourself in your 30s. He was almost 50 and ripped. Always stuck with me. He was a ex Seal and always got mad respect from everyone. Seen him last year after 10 years and he looked at me and said good job not getting fat. I was proud like i got a compliment from a dickhead dad. Phone Post 3.0

I got in a rut during the back end of my twenties, now I'm 30 I'm working out a lot more and eating far more healthier. I feel a lot more content now. Phone Post 3.0

If you can get into that kind of lifestyle in you're 20's you will be rewarded later in life.

You can never just stop working out, but if you already have the mental discipline to eat smart and go to the gym it will be FAR easier growing old than it will be on the people who were fat through their 20's and 30's and then say "oh shit" at 40.

I'm 45 now and I walk around at a reasonably lean 175 pounds, go to the gym 4 - 5 times a week and eat a good diet. I'm not an elite athlete, but I can still run a decent mile, swim, play ball, BJJ, etc, without the need to take time off of work to recover.

There are tons of guys my age who are fat, have bad knees, backs, hips, etc, etc because they never took care of themselves.

Im 33 and its worked great for me. Cant say how id be without exercise but the women like me. i have good sex. I feel great so i guess so far so good. Phone Post 3.0

I'm still holding onto youth honestly. I train and workout 3-4 times a week. Yet I eat like a 200kg man takeaway everyday, smoke basically a pack a day haven't truely felt the affects yet but I guess I'm counting my lucky stars till I do.
Turning 27 this year and thinking I better sort some shit out. Phone Post 3.0

Ttt, awesome. Phone Post 3.0

Exercised a lot in my 20's but too much beer probably did as much damage leading into 30's and now 40.

Wish I could go back and change my exercise style. Get off that regular gym workout stuff and bjj and just opt for more active lifestyle exercising. Oh and pull-ups , lots of pull ups! Phone Post 3.0

Don't let these guys get you down. I abused the hell out of my body during my 20's. I drank too much, I ate too much, and I slept like shit. At 28 I lost 70 pounds and I just turned 30 feeling like an 18 year old kid (minus the lack of sleep from taking care of my boys). How you take care of yourself at 30 is alot more important than what you did in the years before hand when discussing how you feel st that age. Phone Post 3.0

Getting old and working out is full of win.

I was just the 2nd oldest guy finishing a Goruck Tough at 40 yoa.  Everyone else was in their 20s.

5'11 220 with a 34 inch waist.

I just started watching my diet this month.  It is already paying off, but man, not eating crappy chips and carbs is way harder than putting in workouts.

F the OG, I'm off to the pool to swim laps.

Lower medical costs. Especially meds. Phone Post 3.0

it really helps your energy level overall.

I've always worked out and there are times when life and work get to me and my diet goes to shit. last year I went for a solid 195-200 lbs to 225-230 in 9 months, but once I got my diet back under control I've dropped quickly back to 200.

I know people in their 40's who went to see the Dr and come back freaked out. After 20 years of not caring suddenly the cholesterol and BP have shot through the roof and now their struggling to change their lifestyle to get those down.

also, I hurt my back about 4 years ago. Dr and physical therapist said it would be at least 3 months to get back to doing everyday things without pain, and maybe 6 to work out again. I was doing light workouts 2 months later, 3 months later I was back to full strength.
