No doubt Chuck would kill Vera. IMO Vera is better off in the weaker HW division, he just needs to put on a little size, so he can match it with the 260lb guys, but Chuck is a bad matchup for him.
I don't see Vera beating chuck. What i've seen of vera is that he comes forward at his apponent so with chuck being a counter puncher that could be his dimize.
exactly. there are a few threads going on talking about who could beat chuck, waaaay to many people list Vera. I know he is very talented, but what has he really done to make so many people think hes that good???
Vera has shown good strikes and submissions at HW, so I guess everyone assumes that if he comes down in weight, that he will be even more dominant, but with Chuck's heavy hands and takedown D, Chuck is a very bad matchup for Vera.

I think he has a chance, I believe anything can happen in a fight, but I think Chuck is a bad opponent for Vera. In fact Chuck is a bad opponent for almost anybody at 205.
