If you think my cardio is bad....

then watch this video of me doing mainly strength work, and keep on hating!

I'm out in Vegas right now and Throwdown's S&C coach Norm almost made my lungs explode today.....I'm never doing cardio again.

 I get tired writing posts.

Thought it was going to be this.

And I think you working on your boxing technique was the biggest thing to help your cardio.

Thanks for sharing man, always love to watch your fights. Good luck in your next one!

Haha! Norm is quite the bastard, isn't he?

Nice vid, man! One thing I've always wondered about, though, is the tires. Wouldn't that be bad for the lower back? As someone that has gone through back surgery after rupturing a disc in my back, I think about that kind of stuff.

holy crap, i feel a lot better about myself now.....

I'm sure that grappling, possibly getting hit in the face, and lifting heavy weights are all detrimental to my health....

so are the fact that I drink too much, stay out too late partying, and now smoke Cuban cigars on the regular....

I'll throw flipping a tire into category #1,and continue to do it.

BTW...what song is that on that vid?

LMAO! I do all of those accept the Cubans. As an "old" guy trying to just have an amateur career, I have to be careful about certain things.

As a matter of fact, I have ice on my elbow and am enjoying a recovery drink after just training...which shall be followed by a nice, stiff Sailor Jerry rum and Coke. Maybe tires would be better for my health.

i can't wait to enjoy a nice Cuban cigar with you buddy :)

TOM!

You owe Seth an entrance. I think you are screwed now!

Neo Cyrus - Tom, you should train your cardio with Travis Lutter and BJ Penn. Those guys know what they're doing.

I think he knows best.

Is that why you needed the moped, since you can't walk those far hikes? Have fun in Atlantic City, see ya next Thursday!

You know I was actually impressed with Bob Sapp's kicks there...

Tom, thank you for sharing that with us.

cool vid.  good meeting you the other day tom; i'm working on setting up something for next week.
