How's Frank's hand? Last I heard it was all busted up from some guy falling directly on top of it.
Wish we could get him to post on this forum. I still go back and read his old BJJ posts on rec.martial-arts. Solid, solid information from a very friendly guy.

Having a 270 lb. heavyweight fall right on a hand is never a good thing. However, Frank is back on the mats, having his usual "fun" with the students.
As for an appearance, Frank's a pretty busy guy, nowadays. I'll let him know that he's not forgotten, and see if I can get him to here and visit. He still likes rec.martial-arts...I'm sure the best chance for a sighting would be there.
