IFAAcademy youtube clips

has some pretty good clips covering BJJ, MMA, boxing, and wrestling. I think it has more clear and thorough explanations than most.

So this is what Frank Benn from rec.martial-arts looks like? :)

Has anyone tried this? Just curious about what stops the guy from posting his left arm in the direction you are trying to sweep him?

Thanks!

How's Frank's hand? Last I heard it was all busted up from some guy falling directly on top of it.

Wish we could get him to post on this forum. I still go back and read his old BJJ posts on rec.martial-arts. Solid, solid information from a very friendly guy.

Here are some more videos, we recently put up...

Having a 270 lb. heavyweight fall right on a hand is never a good thing. However, Frank is back on the mats, having his usual "fun" with the students.

As for an appearance, Frank's a pretty busy guy, nowadays. I'll let him know that he's not forgotten, and see if I can get him to here and visit. He still likes rec.martial-arts...I'm sure the best chance for a sighting would be there.

Yes, I learned a variation of this move. Because I do not want to hijack this thread, I will make a new one.....

pitbullxyz - Andrew, where do you train now?
I train with Michael Jen (sorry I didn't see this before, I don't check this site as much as I used to).
