I watched this on Saturday, was just going to bed when my mum shouted up the stairs to say there was fighting on the TV. Was surprised to see they were broadcasting the IFL Knockouts show.
ITV4 is a free-to-air terrestrial television channel. The UK switches entirely to digital in 2012 but I think pretty much the entire country already uses digital. I think it's about 73% of the population can receive digital (99% if using a sky dish) so that's pretty good going.
ITV is pretty much a mainstream channel that everyone uses. I'm certain that a lot of people who have no idea what MMA is will see this show. I just hope they get an earlier time slot!
