As of 5:30 PM, May 30th MMA shows are unable to be sanctioned by the state until actual MMA regulation starts on or after July 1st 2008 (Most likely after). In order to run a show in the state of Illinois your request for exemption had to be received prior to the deadline.
Hope this doesn't affect anyone who does regular shows in this state.
