We are growing into different areas. All will be Extreme Sports. (MMA, Motor biking, Surfing, etc)
While a law degree is useful, it is not a per-requisite. The majority of agents I know (from big hollywood agencies to sports agents) are not attorneys. However it is paramount that the company they work for have one on staff.
