I'm a Supplement Idiot

Ok, so here's my normal workout schedule:

Monday: back and biceps, abs, bike/elliptical

Wednesday: chest and triceps, abs, bike/elliptical

Friday: shoulders and legs, abs, bike/elliptical

Then I have BJJ on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Normally the only chance I have to hit the gym is during lunch. I workout and then have a "protein shake" - basically skim milk with some GNC protein in it. This is usually my lunch and is the only 'supplement' that I am taking.

Is there anything else I should be doing in addition to this?

Fish oil

multivitamin in the morning is good too
