but my goodness the Jon Jones news seems a little much, IMO.
Starting to think word has come down from above to put out any news story possible about the guy -- as if to detract from Jone's alledged cause / participation in the UFC 151 mess.
In the last few days on this site alone there has been: Jones tells Hendo shut up old man, Jones says Vitor not as versatile as he is, Jones wants to speak with Dana, Jones nicest person ever fact, and now we have a story about his friggin POOP?
I can't figure out if this is some sort of scramble to get people to quit calling the champ a tucker, or if it is some capmaign to get him away from his failed "heel" character attempt.
Anyway, it would be nice to just combine all that crap (pun intended) into one simple artice. Heck, there are 6 other UFC champs that don't seem to get a fraction of the attention these days.

Flywieght title fight coming sooner than Jones -- you don't see tons of stories about Mighty Mouse and Joseph.
Up until about 12 hours ago, Aldo had a title fight -- you havn't seen tons of stories about him. Maybe one or two.
Suess - when ronda was hot in the news, we heard everything about her. any word she said was posted up here. even after her fight. i think the UG is just pushing out whatever they can to get clicks. $$$

it's about the clicks. find any story about MM or Joseph, check how many clicks and posts are in it. then find the poop story. compare.

IMO its Henderson that should be getting most of the blame, but no one seems to want to come to that relization. I still like Hendo i really do, but i like him alot less for being selfish and not informing people about his knee. 
There's no conspiracy. The Jones threads get hits. Most of the people who claim to loathe the guy still can't resist the urge to comment when his name is in the title of a thread no matter how mundane or inane the subject of said thread is.
Next headline should be: "UG more interested in Jon Jones' poop than other title fights"
Generally when guys have title fights coming up the champ gets asked more questions, and there is more for them to say. He says some stuff that people find interesting, or dumb or whatever snd it's news.
